CAN I RECORD THE SESSION??
Yes, absolutely! I encourage you to. Readings can be a lot to take in and remember everything.
This way you can listen back to your reading at a later time. However, should your recording fail, I am not responsible. Spirit can be funny sometimes.
WHAT IF THE SPIRIT DOESN'T WANT TO COME THRU?
I cannot guarantee who comes in, what they want to talk about and how long they stay. I cannot guarantee anyone comes thru, but in my experience this is unlikely, but a possibility.
Should this happen, it is usually a really good indication that you are not ready to hear what they have to say.
Again, this is extremely rare, but a possibility.
IS SPIRIT THE SAME ON THE OTHER SIDE?
Yes! We all keep the same personalities and often Spirits will display them during their reading with you through Jennifer's messages. This is another great validation that they are really with you

DO YOU GIVE BAD/NEGATIVE INFORMATION?
Before I begin your reading, I ask that information given comes from a place of love and light and will benefit you. This varies from person to person.
People have described my readings as a safe place, healing, relaxing and positive.
DO YOU WORK WITH DARK SPIRITS OR NEGATIVE ENERGY?
No. I only work with Spirit that are harmonious with love and light. As only love and light may enter my space.
IS BEING SKEPTICAL OKAY??
Skepticism is normal and to be expected. Too much can impact the success of your reading.
All I ask is that you keep an open mind.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY READING?
It can be very helpful to write down your questions and bring them with you as it is possible to get overwhelmed and forget important things that you may want to ask or know. You will get a chance to ask loved ones questions on the other side during your time with Jennifer.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT AFTER MY LOVED ONE PASSES TO BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE?
The spirits are able to communicate immediately. There is no time of adjustment needed for the spirits to reach out, and very often they are as eager to reach out to us at those first critical hours as we are to hear from them. The issue is not with the spirits, but with the bereaved who may not be ready to communicate with someone who has just passed. The right time to make communication, is after some time and perspective is gained for yourself to come to terms with the loss.
IS A PHONE SESSION THE SAME AS IN PERSON?
Yes! In fact Jennifer says that some of her most amazing readings have been over the phone. Energy is all Jennifer needs to connect with your loved ones. With nothing to go on but your name and voice, listen as Jennifer communicates messages from your loved ones during the private call.
ARE WHAT IS DISCLOSED IN THE READING CONFIDENTIAL AND PRIVATE?
YES!!! Anything that is disclosed stays confidential and private. In fact, Jennifer doesn't remember the readings after they are done and after you leave.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING MY READING?
Private Readings – When your reading first begins, Jennifer will take some time to talk to you to make sure you understand what she does and that you’re comfortable. She will then begin by connecting to and giving you messages from your loved ones on the other side. This typically lasts 25-30 minutes depending on the Spirits whom are present, how strong they are, and how many come into the room. Jennifer will then give you a intuitive reading using cards as a tool to give you messages on your past, present, future, and distant future. Jennifer will continue to get as many messages as she can from your loved ones while using the cards. Her main objective is to hold the Spirits for as long as she can to give you as many messages as possible. Toward the end of the reading Jennifer will give you an opportunity to ask her questions. During your reading she will also give you a chance to ask the Spirits questions.

DOES JENNIFER CHECK MY FACEBOOK OR SOCIAL MEDIA FOR INFORMATION?
No. Absolutely not! Jennifer does not have time to do this. She prefers to do all reading blind. Please don’t tell her any information on your questions, loved ones, job, relationship, etc.
Jennifer recommends if you are skeptical of this when booking your appointment to use a false name or an initial for your last name (example: Jane D.) Jennifer reads for many high profile professionals in the Westman area and around the world and understands the value of privacy.
WILL JENNIFER EVER SHARE MY SECRETS?
No. All readings are done with complete privacy, and no information that transpired during a reading is ever shared. As mentioned, Jennifer has done readings for high level professional in the city, criminals, clients having affairs, etc. There is no judgment to your circumstance. All readings are confidential and no recordings (except your own) are made during the reading. Jennifer has heard it all and does her best to be an open channel for spirit and give guidance with all her heart to each individual.

All of our products and services are non-refundable. so we ask you to read the terms and conditions set out below carefully before booking a service or ordering merchandise from us. By completing your booking or your order, you are accepting these terms and conditions and agreeing to abide by them.
Jennifer offers a broad range of readings, classes, services and merchandise, so sometimes additional terms or requirements may apply. Please read the product descriptions carefully as any additional terms set out there will form part of your agreement with us.

General terms and conditions
In order to provide you with the services booked, we require you to provide us with your full name, email address and phone number, which are kept on our file. It is your obligation to provide us with true, accurate, current and complete information, and to maintain and properly update that information as and when circumstances require. We are currently booking private readings in advance, so it is important that we have current, valid contact information on file in case we need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. If you fail to update your information with us and we are unable to contact you as a result. we reserve the right to treat your appointment as cancelled in full without refund or credit to you.
Jennifer makes every effort to provide you with helpful advice, and to make sure your experience is a positive one. However, she makes no representation and gives no warranty that the services or products she offers will meet your needs, requirements or expectations.
The information Jennifer shares on her website, through her office and in consultations is for guidance only, and although she may speak about health, financial or other issues, the information shared does not and is not intended to replace consultations with qualified medical, financial, legal and other Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through Jennifer's website, her office or a consultation. Please do not wear strong scents, perfumes or colognes to the your readings.
Jennifer is susceptible to migraines, and scents trigger these unfortunately.
We will not cover any travel costs incurred by you. in the case where you are traveling to see Jennifer. If you choose to travel to see her in person, as opposed to booking a phone reading, this
is a personal choice. Our cancellation policy is clearly stated below, and travel charges are not covered even where we do have to cancel an appointment.
Unless otherwise noted, all services and merchandise are non-refundable.
Private Readings Bookings
Your reading must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Your reading spot is not confirmed until payment has been received.
We accept cash and lnterac email transfers and PayPal.
We are currently booking private readings a month in advance, and circumstances may change as the time of your reading draws closer. Readings booked between 1-6 months ahead are initially booked as in-person readings. We reserve the right to change your appointment to a phone reading, at our discretion, if circumstances require. Any reading booked more than 6 months ahead is booked as “In Person OR Phone”, as we cannot guarantee Jennifer's location or schedule. We will notify you prior to your reading date whether the reading will be in person or by phone. Of course, this is always subject to change, at our discretion, if circumstances require. All phone readings are just as amazing as in-person readings. Jennifer reads for clients all over the world. Readings are also available via Skype or Facebook Messenger as well. We cannot guarantee the quality of these video readings.
Cancellation by you
You will receive an email reminder of your appointment date one week in advance.
We do understand that emergencies and life can happen. If you need to postpone your reading appointment, you must notify us as soon as possible with your request to re-schedule. If possible, please notify us in writing via email at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment; or via the booking link. If you cannot email, please notify us by phone. Readings are non-refundable. but can be re scheduled, and we will work with you to find a new appointment date. We will take into consideration the time you have already waited for your reading, and we will do our best to fit you in at the next available appointment date.
We may, at our discretion, offer you a credit instead of re-scheduling your appointment.
Cancellation by Heavenly Auras
Jennifer needs to be at her best emotionally, mentally and physically to provide you with the best reading. As emergencies and life can happen to you, they can also happen to Jennifer, and we may need to cancel and
re-schedule your appointment for a variety of reasons. These may include, but are not limited to:
* Family emergency
* Weather conditions: During the winter months, unpredictable snowstorms can cause poor road conditions. Because Sprucewoods is semi-rural, the roads are not cleared as quickly as those in the city. Accidents have happened in the past and Jennifer has a strict policy on closing the office and not allowing clients to drive in bad weather conditions.
* Work Schedule: Jennifer currently works full time and part time at other companies in completely different fields unrelated to this industry. If we do need to re-schedule your appointment, we will provide you with as much notice as reasonably possible, and will re-schedule you to the next available appointment. To the best of our ability, we will make sure your re-scheduled date is within ONE month of your original appointment date.
We may, at our discretion, offer credit instead of re-scheduling your appointment
Due to tight schedules, we cannot accommodate clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to treat your appointment as cancelled in full without credit to you.
Please note that there are railroad tracks on the way to Sprucewoods if coming via Hwy 110 from Brandon, that can cause delays. During the winter months, unpredictable snowstorms can cause poor road conditions. Because Sprucewoods is semi-rural, the roads are not cleared as quickly as those in the city. We ask that you take these things into account and time your trip accordingly.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you are lost or delayed.
Private readings and Evenings With Jennifer can be recorded at your discretion. Jennifer does not offer recordings at this time, but encourages you to record your own session. Technical issues may arise and a session may not be properly recorded or the quality may not be ideal. We are not responsible for lost, broken, misplaced recordings or recordings where the session did not record properly.
You may bring a recording device with you and make a recording of the session for your own personal use. Please let us know before the reading starts if you will be making use of a personal recording device. Under no circumstances are either the recordings provided by us or the recordings made by you to be used for any purpose other than your own personal use.
Small exclusives and large group events
All small exclusives and large group events are payable in full at the time of booking, non refundable. and subject to the cancellation and re-scheduling policies set out above
Classes and courses
Unless otherwise noted, all classes and courses and retreats are non-refundable. In some limited cases, we may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due and owing on the first day of the class. Once you have paid the balance, the full purchase price for the class or course is considered non-refundable and all classes or courses and retreats are subject to the cancellation and re-scheduling policies set out above.
All merchandise is non-refundable except where there is a manufacturer’s warranty
Credits can be applied to any other reading, class, retreat, course or merchandise of your choice.
Termination of access to services
All services are provided solely at the discretion of Jennifer Piwniuk, and Jennifer reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone at any time and for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, illegal, threatening, harassing, obscene, abusive, degrading, intimidating behaviour or fraudulent or deceptive conduct. Requests for services under false pretenses will be deemed null and void.
This includes media, researchers or any others who do not disclose their affiliations or intentions.
